Therefore, my behavioral trainings are based on learning through experience and are structured sequentially: you apply the acquired knowledge actively in a context that is relevant to you. Focus: We exchange experiences and discuss real cases and scenarios. Each participant is individually asked and challenged and actively involved in the training workshop. We will be answering the questions: How do I recognize signs, symptoms and causes of stressful situations in time? How do I deal with my limits and stay strong, even under pressure?
